Any information you input into the journal remains your property. Because this content is stored only on your device and not transmitted to CCDEW, CCDEW has no access to, control over, or responsibility for your journal entries.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. CCDEW does not warrant that the Service will be error-free or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CCDEW, its officers, directors, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury, arising from your use of the Service. CCDEW shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, power failure, or internet or telecommunications failure.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without prior written consent from CCDEW. CCDEW may assign these Terms at any time without notice.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CCDEW regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
CCDEW may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
